Pheonix Concert at Berăria H

At the beginning of the Pheonix bird there was the history: trough crude music, taught to tell us the experiences (of living), to reveal us the beginning, to talk about identity and what is rightfully ours. A complete and complex expression of all the authentic romanian senses, the history lasted in front of all the falsification trials that the 20th century put it up for. It took the 7th decade to come so that the Pheonix would turn it’s words around in scores (parts),  to disassociate what was solidly united, to associate what at first seemed impossible to comunicate and so that the archaic folklore to recieve the rightfully dimension:  the modern way of manifestation.

The legend of those that gave us a name in the shadow of the great USSR stars with Pheonix, with the music that made possible a first connection between romanian archaic, pre-christian folklore and the living of rock, thus bringing in front of the public a new  music genre: etno-rock that for over half of century talked us about ourselves.

On the 24th of January the Pheonix music will tell us about Romania, about history and present, about myth and reality, will remind us where we come from and intuit where we go to and everything we are allowed to forget. On an anniversary of the birth of Romania, we will wish for her, a rebirth!
