25 Years Without Vali Sterian – His Music Lives On

25 years after the passing of Vali Sterian, Berăria H hosts a special commemorative tribute concert performed by Luca’z Band, alongside their special guests – Kethy Hardton, Dana Florian, Radu Gheorghe, and Cristina Pleșa.

Cristi Luca (guitar & vocals), founder of Luca’z Band, collaborated with Compania de Sunet starting in 1986 and, in 1987, together with Vali Sterian, recorded the album “Nimic fără Oameni” (Nothing Without People) – Vali’s first rock-influenced record, thanks to Cristi Luca’s strong roots in the Romanian rock scene.
Radu Gheorghe (drums), drummer for Compania de Sunet between 1991 and 2002, brings the vibe of those years back to the stage.
Dan Bănică (bass guitar), a member of Luca’z Band since 2020, completes the lineup, adding the energy of the new generation.

The evening will be a musical journey through Vali Sterian’s legacy, revisiting songs that shaped Romanian music history and hearing stories from those who created and performed alongside him.

Join us as we celebrate his life and music, because “25 Years Without Vali Sterian – His Music Lives On.”
