Ovidiu Niculescu // Music under the tree

Wednesday, October 1st – actor and singer Ovidiu Niculescu invites you to a live concert and a few cold beers on our terrace by Herăstrău Lake.

A poet, screenwriter, director, stage, film and TV actor, composer and performer, he likes to call himself “an exprimeur” or “a contemporary bard who leaves your soul at ease.” He has completed numerous artistic courses in Romania, the UK and the US, but remains most grateful for the “Bohemian Evening School” he attended with Gheorghe Dinică and Ștefan Iordache. The songs he gathered from the Văcărești neighborhood (where he grew up next door to Maria Tănase and Ioana Radu) became “Songs of a Rogue,” which he’ll bring to the Terasa cu Chef de Viață on July 24th! Don’t miss it!
