Attention, everybody! We are ready to announce another delicious autumn because this year we are making ZACUSCĂ, again on the terrace, in 2 consecutive weekends. The same as last years, we prepare LIVE 10 types of zacuscă in huge quantities, enough for everyone. You can eat some slices there, but also you can make provisions for a long time. We have the jars prepared.

We are prepared to produce 20 tones of zacuscă, cooked in 10 different ways. Of course, we will have 10 grills + 3 x 10 skilled chefs and a lot of cold beer.
Zacusca is a food of fresh vegetables, baked or fried in oil, found in several countries of the Balkans. The main ingredients are baked eggplant, red pepper and sliced onion.
