Glenn Golden #OneBluesMan @ LIVE on the Terrace

Glenn Golden is a Norwegian bluesartist mainly inspired by the great old deltablues-artists, such as Robert Johnson and Son House, which also was the main inspiration for many historical artists such as Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and Eric Clapton to name a few.

Equipped with his 6 and 12 strings guitars, hoarse voice and boomy low-frequent stompbox, he hits you like a F-train heading right down to the great old delta-area. Glenn is also inspired by norwegian folkmusic. That and being an artists of the 21st century,  and also being a bit of a melancholic guy, Glenn brings a bit more modern, melodic and melancholic twist of sound to his music than his ancestors.  

Glenn Golden was predicted a successful career. Recognized by his unique, honest and volnurable artistic expression, he got noticed rather early in his performing career and was lucky enough to have his debut album, ”Devil In Disguise”, released in 2007, after being signed to a major norwegian recordlabel.  After touring his album for a short while, Glenn announced that he would withdraw from the musicbiz and quit his career as a performing artist, late in 2008.  

For a reason unknowned, Glenns innate love for music and playing guitar, was re-ignited in 2016 and the ”onemanbluesband” is once again to be seen, felt and heard ”live-in-concert ”.
